What is your return policy?

We hope you love what you ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, here are your options:

For items that arrived damaged:

Items can only be returned if they arrive damaged (this only includes items damaged due to shipment handling). Items must be returned in their original packaging for a full refund. Seller will send buyer a return label. Damaged items are also eligible for a free repair, please email fruitypoms@gmail.com for all repair inquires.

For clothing:

Returns accepted for items no longer wanted or wrong size are eligible for store credit. Garments must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

For all other items:

All other items you do not want to keep are subject to store credit within 7 days of receiving package. The buyer must return the item unworn and in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee as well as shipping back within the time frame.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled up to 5 days after purchase. However, orders cannot be canceled if your order has already shipped or if it passes the cut off time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to Canada, UK, and Australia.

Do you offer local pickup?

Unfortunately no, all placed orders will be shipped.

Do you cover lost or stolen packages?

Unfortunately no. If USPS marks your package as delivered, that is out of my hands. As a small business this is not something I can cover and I appreciate your understanding. I recommend you go in person to your local post office and inquire about your package, most times it gets resolved. Priority shipping includes up to $50 worth of insurance via USPS which you can claim with them, that is another option to avoid lost items if your address is prone to missing packages.
