Terms of Use

SHIPPING:

Current shipping times may vary, see announcement bar for updated shipping times. Please note that your order is being handmade and shipping times are determined by order load. All shipped orders will receive a tracking number. We ship through USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS First Class Package International. Shipping estimates do not include package transit time.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

For items that arrived damaged:

Items can only be returned if they arrive damaged (this only includes items damaged due to shipment handling). Items must be returned in their original packaging for a full refund. Seller will reimburse buyer for return shipping only when the buyer uses USPS First Class Mail service. If the buyer choses another service, the buyer will receive a partial shipping refund. Damaged items are also eligible for a free repair, please email fruitypoms@gmail.com for all repair inquires.

For all other items:

All other items you do not want to keep are subject to store credit within 10 days of receiving your order. The buyer must return the item unworn and in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

If you wish to cancel an order, you have 72 hours after your order has been placed in order to receive a full refund, Otherwise, your order will remain active and not eligible for cancellation.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

Unfortunately, if your package has been tracked and confirmed to have arrived to your shipping address, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package has not arrived at your shipping address and the tracking number reflects that, we will look into the order with USPS and if not resolved, we will resend your order.

COMBINED SHIPPING:

If you placed multiple orders, you are eligible to combine shipping a receive a partial shipping refund if your orders are placed within 5 days of each other. Orders will only be combined upon request, please email me at fruitypoms@gmail.com if your order is eligible. Otherwise, your orders will ship separately.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

If you would like to adjust chain length or swap an earring hook, please leave those specifications in the order notes at checkout. All findings are stainless steel gold plated, no silver findings are available at this time, If you would like to change the color of a design, please email fruitypoms@gmail.com before you place your order to make sure the color you wish is available. For the most part, minor changes are acceptable, but size and design alterations are not eligible for customization.
